With permanent marker, draw a 16-inch square on each side of the T-shirt, making sure that the school or team logo is inside the square.
On the last day of school, wear the shirt and have friends and teachers sign inside the squares with permanent marker (leaving a 2-inch border).
Cut the squares from the shirt. An inch or two from the edges, line the back of one square with 1K-inch wide strips of fusible bonding web. Lay the other fabric square faceup on top; follow the package directions for sealing three of the edges.
Insert a 12-inch pillow form (available at craft and fabric stores) and seal the fourth edge. Trim any uneven or overhanging fabric and fringe the edges.
