Winter always means a missing glove or two. This project brings those mateless loners together with a look that will slay your child's friends!
What you'll need
- Felt template
- Lone glove
- Embroidery floss
- Buttons
- Cup (optional)
How to make it
For each glove, cut two wings and a crest from felt, using page 7 of the template as a guide.
Line up the wings' and crest's straight sides, then stitch them to the top of the glove with the embroidery floss, as shown.
Sew on stacks of two buttons (or a fleece circle and one button) for eyes.
To make sewing easier, put a small cup inside the glove to prevent stitching through to the other side.
