Sugar-coated fruit and fun are the main ingredients for this beautiful Easter Centerpiece.
Lay the newspaper all over your work area.
Wash all of the fruit and lay it out on the newspaper.
Mix one cup of apple jelly and one cup of water.
With a pastry brush, swipe each piece fruit with the apple jelly/water concoction.
Sprinkle superfine sugar all over the moistened fruit.
Let the fruit dry and then have the kids create a mound of fruit on the platter/flat basket. Intersperse flowers, such as daffodils and lilacs, with the fruit.
