This cool character delivers warm greetings — and makes a cute desktop decoration.

What you'll need

  • Decorative card stock
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
  • Googly eyes
  • Red ribbon
  • Glue

How to make it

  1. Fold an 8½- by 11-inch sheet of decorative card stock in half lengthwise, then draw a curvy snake shape next to the fold. Cut out the snake, leaving the fold uncut in at least two places.

  2. Add googly eyes and glue on a ribbon tongue. Write your message inside.
