If your child is a night owl at heart, he'll feel right at home basking in the glow of this dramatic lampshade.
What you'll need
- Digital owl image (download .PDF below)
- Four 4- by 6-inch sheets of Brightec night luminescent photographic paper
- Scissors
- Hot-glue gun
- Four-sided black lampshade (ours measures 3 1/2 inches per side around the top, 8 inches per side on the bottom, and 7 inches tall)
- Small twigs (optional)

To print the owl image click on owl lampshade. Note: This is a .PDF file.
How to make it
If you're using the shade size we suggest, simply print an owl on each sheet of Brightec paper following the package directions. Then cut out the four owls.
Hot-glue an owl to each side of the shade. If you like, hot-glue on a small twig perch for each owl to add a three-dimensional element. Let all glued parts dry overnight before using the shade.
