How to make it

  1. Mix & Match Hats: Flowers - Step 1

    Start by sewing five snap bases to a store-bought hat (one at the center and the remainder placed 2 inches out, hole-to-hole, in varying directions, as shown at right). Then create the fun add-ons shown at right, using the snap tops.

  2. Cut the horn pattern out of the paper and then cut it in half where indicated. us the half-circle pattern to cut a half-cirle out of the fleece.

  3. Fold the half-circle half, then in half again. Sew along the open side to close it into a pointy horn shape.

  4. Sew a snap top into the round end of the horn, and snap the horn in place.
