What you'll need
- Plastic painting blank
- Liquid rainbow black leading
- Liquid rainbow in various colors
How to make it
Draw facial features on a piece of paper.
Place your drawing under the clear plastic painting blank to serve as a guide, then use the black leading to trace the outlines of your drawings.
Allow the black paint to dry for a couple of hours, then fill in facial features with colors and allow them to dry completely.
Peel and play.
