Pool-Noodle Poppers
Total Time 1 hour Ages school-age

These pool-noodle pieces make a satisfying pop! when launched with a pinch. They're fun just to let fly, or you can try to land your pops inside a target, such as a plastic pumpkin.

What you'll need

  • Pool noodle
  • Scissors or a serrated knife

How to make it

  1. Pool-Noodle Poppers - Step 1

Use scissors or a serrated knife (an adult's job) to cut a pool noodle into 2-1/2-inch pieces, then cut the sections into quarters, as shown.

  2. Launch a popper by squeezing it between your thumb and the knuckle of your first finger or simply pinch it until it flies from your hand.
