Serve up good wishes — and a hearty helping of soup — with an easy-to-make, pop-up salutation.
More greetings:
Fold two 7- by 10-inch pieces of card stock in half widthwise. Set one aside.
Cut two slits into the crease of the remaining piece of card stock, as shown. Fold over the resulting flap and bend it back and forth several times to crease it well. Open the card, then push out the shape to form the bowl.
Glue the two pieces of card stock together, lining up the center creases and making sure you don't glue the pop-out bowl to the card.
Cut out and glue a paper spoon and cape to the front of the card (download these templates). Add googly eyes. Glue a spoon handle inside the card. Color in the bowl and add more details with marker.

Use glue dots to attach a packet of soup. Write your message on the card, then close it with the bowl bent outward.
