Felt
Scissors
Googly eyes
Glitter
Glue

How to make it

Cut felt into heart shapes (about 2 inches tall and 1 inch wide).
Decorate with googly eyes, smaller felt hearts, glitter, or whatever else tickles your fancy.
Snip a slit in the middle of the heart large enough to fit over the button, then slip it on.
