Here are some adorable mummy cookie pops to serve at your upcoming Halloween party! Plus, they'd make great party favors!
Make sure the cookies are firm when you take them out of the oven so they will stand up on the lollipop sticks.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice Pillsbury® Refrigerated Cookie Dough into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices on ungreased cookie sheet. Slide a lollipop stick into the bottom of the slice and gently push it up so it reaches half way up the cookie. Bake for at least 12 minutes until the cookies are firm. Let cool.
Attach two candy eyes using dots of white cookie icing. Let dry.
Roll out fondant into a thin slab using a rolling pin. Then cut out strips 1/4 inch thick.
Spread a very thin layer of frosting on the forehead and bottom half of the mummy face. This will act as your glue.
Carefully start wrapping your fondant strips across the mummy faces. Cut off ends and press them firmly to make sure the fondant sticks to the edges of the cookies.
