How to make it

  1. Type your name at the bottom of the frame to customize it.

  2. Print the template on regular paper or cardstock and cut out the pieces.

  3. Cut out the white space in the center of the frame and replace it with a 4x6" photo.

  4. Use glue our double-sided tape to add the symbols that represent your favorite sports.
