I don't know about you, but time seems to speed up between 3pm and 8pm. Shuffling kids to school events, sports practices, getting homework finished and everything else on our busy mom schedule can often leave us scratching our heads wondering "what's for dinner?". I know that if I take a few minutes each Sunday and plan my weekly menu, it makes everyone happy, especially me! If Mama's happy, everyone's happy!
By planning my weekly menu, I also know exactly what I need at the grocery store. Not only does this save time and money, but it saves my mood and my family is fed a nutritious meal. It's a win win. I've learned to also take the time to put together a few freezer meals for the oven or slow cooker. You'll love these Chicken Freezer Meals or Beef Freezer Meals.
