Print the glasses on regular paper or cardstock (cardstock is highly recommended).
Use a craft knife to cut out the eye holes. You may also cut out the white spaces between the 2 and the 0 and between the 1 and the 3.
Cut out the glasses and the temples. Fold the light blue tab on each temple away from you.
Use glue or double-sided tape to attach the tab on each temple to the back of the temple's corresponding 2 and 3. The glittery side of each temple should face outward.
