What you'll need

  • 1 Package Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 36 Chocolate Covered Pretzels
  • 36 Rolo Candies {unwrapped}
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 TBSP. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 TBSP. Water
Helpful Tip:

Use a cookie scoop to ensure consistent sized cookies.


Use regular pretzels instead of chocolate covered.

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease three mini muffin pans {12 muffin cups per pan}.  Break chocolate covered pretzels into small pieces and place them flat on the bottom of each muffin cup.  


  2. Mix together peanut butter cookie mix, egg, oil and water until well blended.  Scoop rounded teaspons into muffin tins, on top of broken pretzles and press down lightly.  Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  3. When cookies are done, remove from oven and immediately press 1 rolo candie upside down into the center of each cookie.  Let cool in muffin tins for 30 minutes.  Carefully twist to remove from tin once completely cooled.
