Here's an easy way to make your own "garden" cupcakes -- each in a cute, little terracotta pot! Perfect for Mother's Day!
Bake or buy unfrosted cupcakes.
Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies, until they are reduced to crumbs, and the white filling turns black.
Frost your cupcakes with chocolate frosting and (before before the frosting dries!) dip the frosted tops into the crushed cookies. Spoon on crumbs to fill in any empty spots, if needed.
Set each cupcake into a clean, new terracotta pot and add your favorite cupcake toppers for Mother's Day! Enjoy!
