Vegetables served in the shape of a dog

To make this dog, use 2 slices of orange bell peppers, set them up as the dog's main body (an oval). Cut small sticks of celery and place 4 as the legs and one as the tail. Use half of a cherry tomato as the face and the tip of 2 carrots as the dog's ears. For the grass, place several broccoli heads randomnly on the bottom.

Here are some tips to use thee veggies:

  • Broccoli: Chop it up into small pieces for grass or the foliage of a tree.
  • Baby carrots: Use them whole or slice them lenghwise or into little circles.
  • Celery: Cut them lengthwise to create tree trunks or parts of a house or a body. Also cut them the other way to create tiles in a roof or as a pair of closed eyes.
  • Bell peppers: Cut them into thin sticks; they can be used to outline anything!
