What you'll need

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • Onion flakes
  • Crackers, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • Ketchup
  • SAUCE
  • Ketchup
  • Brown sugar

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix hamburger, onion flakes, crackers, egg and ketchup in a bowl, and form the mixture into balls.

  3. In a small bowl, make the sauce by mixing together ketchup and brown sugar to taste.

  4. Place the meatballs in a glass baking dish, cover with the sauce and bake for 1 hour.
