The American lunchtime classic, the BLT, gets a twist with a luxuriously creamy avocado spread!

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon 3 to 4 minutes a side or until crisp and browned. Set aside until needed.
In a bowl, combine the avocado, lemon juice, and salt and mash until creamy.
In a toaster, lightly toast the sourdough slices.
Create the sandwich by first smearing the avocado mash on one slice. Next, place the bacon on top of the avocado followed by the tomato slices and lettuce. Top with the remaining slice of bread. Serve.
