Biscoff No-Bake Cookies
What's your Take?
Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes refrigeration

No-bake cookies are one of my very favorite treats. And when I discovered Biscoff Spread and I was certain I needed to make a version with it - I love the warm spices of it combined with the cool sweetness of the cookie.

Biscoff Spread is usually located near the peanut butter in a regular grocery store, but if you can't get your hands on some, feel free to use peanut butter or Nutella instead.

What you'll need

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 T Biscoff Spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
Notes:

Yields approximately 12 cookies

How to make it

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil. Let boil, stirring, for one minute.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Drop in large tablespoons on a parchment or tinfoil lined baking sheet.

  3. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are set solidly.
