Black Jack Table Cake

What you'll need

  • 2 Chocolate Cake Mixes
  • 2 boxes of chocolate fudge pudding
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of oil
  • ICING
  • 1 cup of Shorting
  • 1 stick of Salted Butter
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 2 lbs of powered sugar
  • 5 table spoons of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of Van. Flavoring
  • FONDANT
  • 1 lb of mini Marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups of powered sugar
  • 3 to 5 teaspoons of water

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Place the cake mixes in a bowl adding the pudding, eggs, water and oil. (I Do NOT follow the back of the mixes) Mix for 3 minutes on Medium. Place cake in 12x2 inch round cake pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Allow cake to cool, cut cake in half and level off.

  2. Place icing in the middle of the cakes and stack on top of each other. Crumb coat the entire cake.

  3. The Color of your fondant should be green, brown, black, blue, and white. Cover the sides of the cake with the brown fondant, Then place the green fondant on top, take your black fondant and make look like a bumper and place between the green and brown fondant...Take the white fondant and make all the cards, shoe and make the chips, use a editable marker to draw the card shapes and write on the top of the cake."
