Delicious on pork or fish, this is a great way to spice things up the next time you grill.
In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to 3 hours at room temperature before using. Coat ham steaks or salmon before grilling, or paint on pork chops or ribs during the last 10 minutes of grilling time. Makes about 1/2 cup.
