Using a mini-loaf pan, bake 40 cupcakes according to package directions.
Once cupcakes are cool, cut 4 "blocks" in half, and arrange all "blocks" on 20" x 20" Square.
Make buttercream frosting, and tint your favorite colors (I used red, blue, yellow, and green)
Frost top of each block, and sides of outer blocks smooth.
Add dots of frosting on top of each block.
