What you'll need
- Chocolate and yellow cakes mixes, buttercream frosting.
How to make it
Mix cake batters as directed. Fill cupcake liners and bake as directed.
Let cupcakes cool and start making buttercream frosting. Put a little frosting on bottom of each cupcake to hold in place on cake board. Frost all cupcakes like you would frost a cake.
Add colored gel to make face on buttercream frosting.
