From the kitchen of Barbara, Florida.
Lay 8 pieces of bread in a buttered 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Cover with slices of ham, Canadian bacon and cheddar cheese. Cover with 8 more bread slices (like a sandwich).
In a bowl, mix eggs, salt and pepper. Add dry mustard, minced onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Stir well.
Pour over the sandwiches, cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, pour melted butter over top. Cover with crushed corn flakes.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350. Wait 10 minutes before serving with fresh fruit salad and hot cinnamon rolls or muffins.
