What you'll need

  • 3 lbs. frozen squash
  • 3 lbs. frozen creamed corn
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 box saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lowry season salt

How to make it

  1. In a saucepan, cook onion, corn and squash. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine mixtures and pour into a greased casserole dish.

  2. Bake at 350° F for about 30 minutes or until cooked on sides. Place grated cheese on top. Place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
