Cranberry Citrus Relish

Almost as easy as opening a can; and better.

What you'll need

  • 2 small oranges or tangerines or 1 medium grapefruit
  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How to make it

  1. Cut the fruit in pieces and remove the seeds. (Leave on the peels.) Drop the pieces in the food processor with the cranberries and pulse until roughly chopped. Add sugar, correct seasoning, spoon into a container and refrigerate. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
