A traditional accompaniment to fish, especially salmon.

What you'll need

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 3/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper

How to make it

  1. Peel and halve the cucumbers. Scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon, discard the seeds and slice the halves. Put the slices in a bowl with the sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well and chill. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
