Want a granola recipe that is crunchy, nutty, flavorful, and a little sweet (but not too sweet)?
This is it!
My secret is a touch of salt in addition to the honey and brown sugar, which really brings out all the flavors.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees (120 celsius).
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oats, nuts, flax seeds coconut, salt, and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together: honey and oil.
Combine both mixtures together.
Pour the granola onto a cookie sheet. Spread evenly.
Bake for an hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to brown evenly.
Delicious as cereal or as a topping for yogurt, fruit, or ice cream! Enjoy!
