How to make it
Frost cupcakes in bright colors.
Tape a length of ribbon to the bottom of each cupcake, then arrange the cupcakes as shown on a large platter or board. Tie the loose ribbon ends together. On top of the ribbon knot, place our print-and-fold paper model of Carl's house.
