- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Ponzu Power:
- 2 tablespoons ponzu (a Japanese sauce)
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Mustard Madness:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Burger Flavor Booster: (For 1 pound of hamburger)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning (available in the spice aisle)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
