What you'll need
- chocolate cake, buttercream frosting, sugar cookies, royal icing.
How to make it
I made the cookies about 2 weeks ahead of time & froze them. Then I made Royal icing about a week before and mixed all the colors I would need. I made lots of extra cookies for the girls to eat during the party as well as some to take home after as party favors. A few days before the party I decorated all the cookies.
For the cakes i used a large round pan for chocolate cake and then smaller round cakes for the top. I used buttercream frosting and covered the cakes and had did a little piping. Wrote Happy Birthday on the front of the cake.
Placed cookies on cake for the decorations.
