fill, stack, and frost a 8 and 12 in cake(3 layers)
color fondant then cover cakes. make or cut out decorations and stick to cake using a little water
cut numbers out and stick a lollipop stick in the bottom. brush with water then dip into edible sprinkles and let dry over night
