Fresh Fruit popsicles are super easy, we love combining our favorite fruits together for a healthy refreshing snack! Buy popsicle molds at your local grocery store (or online!) and get blending! This recipe is for strawberry and nectarine fruit popsicle, but the possibilites are endless. Bananas, mangoes, cantaloupe, peaches, raspberries, all blend really well into great popsicles!

What you'll need

  • 2 c. strawberry
  • 2 medium nectarines
  • 2 T. agave nectar
Helpful Tip:

If you're making popsicles without a store-bought mold, try putting the sticks in after they've been in the freezer for an hour or so, if you put them in at the slushy stage they will stay upright!

How to make it

  1. strawberries

Cut the tops off of 2 cups of strawberries, and peel and pit two medium nectarines. Put in the blender and combine the fruit until its smooth (if you like fruit chunks in your popsicles, do quick pulses versus long blends.)

  2. popsicle, molds, pour

Once you have the fruit mixture sweet to your taste, pour the blended ingredients into a popsicle mold. Fill it right up to the top and stick the popsicle sticks in.

  3. We like using actual popsicle molds because then you don't have to worry about the stick staying in place, but if you don't have those on hand, small paper cups work great too! Freeze for a few hours and enjoy!!
