Homemade Corn Chips

What you'll need

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make it

  1. Bring 3/4 to 7/8 cup of water to a boil and add cornmeal, salt, and oil.

  2. Scoop one heaping teaspoon full of the mixture for each chip and place it on a well-greased baking sheet. (Be sure to use plenty of oil, or they will stick)

  3. Moisten your fingers and pat the chips out thin.

  4. Bake in 400° F oven for about 10 minutes.
