Bring 3/4 to 7/8 cup of water to a boil and add cornmeal, salt, and oil.
Scoop one heaping teaspoon full of the mixture for each chip and place it on a well-greased baking sheet. (Be sure to use plenty of oil, or they will stick)
Moisten your fingers and pat the chips out thin.
Bake in 400° F oven for about 10 minutes.
