It can be tough to eat veggies in the winter, but they're fantastic with a little bit of honey.
In a covered skillet, steam squash, turnip, carrots and onion in 1 inch of boiling water about 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain. In a small bowl, combine honey, butter or margarine, orange peel and nutmeg. Drizzle over vegetables and toss to coat in heated serving dish. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
