smoky bbq ketchup

This tangy tropical blend tastes great on turkey sandwiches or with grilled chicken or shrimp.

What you'll need

  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon mild curry powder or ground ginger

How to make it

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the ketchup, preserves, honey, soy sauce, and curry powder or ginger. Pulse the mixture several times to mix. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and process until the mixture is well blended, about 30 seconds.
