- A cooled cupcake (baked from your favorite recipe)
- Blue frosting
- White frosting
- 2 sugar wafers
How to make it
Top a cooled cupcake (baked from your favorite recipe) with a blue frosting sky and white frosting clouds.
Cut 2 sugar wafers as shown and set them in place for the kite, using a little frosting to hold them together. (You can use the extra pieces to create a kite on a second cupcake.)
Top the kite with colorful frosting, then add a red licorice tail and gel icing details.
