- Cake, Pastry Pride whipped frosting, candy rocks, airbrush colors.
How to make it
Bake 3 cakes using an oblong pan. Slice the cakes in half lengthwise and stack, frosting between the layers.
Carve the cake into a mountain, large pieces cut out to shape the mountain may be used to create a higher mountain top. Carve the flat land and carve out a hole to make the tunnel, just long enough to set the train engine into.
Using Pastry Pride whipped frosting frost the cake creating a rugged mountain terrain and a flat grassy area. Form the tunnel exit with frosting. Air brush the mountain and the green grass.
Use the tip for creating basket weaving for the railroad tracks and the grass tip for making tall grass and flower stems. Decorate with tiny frosting flowers. Add candy rocks. Carefully slide the train into position.
