These horrible hors d'oeuvres are just squash and tomato sauce, which means they're actually (shh!) healthy.
To make a batch, halve a spaghetti squash and scrape out the seeds.
Cook the squash, cut-side up, in the microwave until it's tender when pierced with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes.
Scrape out the cooked squash strands and mix them with plain tomato sauce. Spoon the mixture into shot glasses or other small cups and encourage guests to slurp up the guts without utensils.
