What you'll need

  • Tortillas
  • Jam, peanut butter or cream cheese
  • scallion slices (optional)
Helpful Tip:

Add scallion slices for eyes, and serve with dipping sauce and ricecracker snack mix (available at Asian markets).

How to make it

  1. For these geometric wraps, trim flour tortillas into squares, spread them with such fillings as jam, peanut butter, or cream cheese, then fold the tortillas into shapes.

  2. The dog-eared dumplings are made from square wonton wrappers, pan-fried to a golden brown.

  3. Use our recipe to make them, but reduce the amount of filling in each dumpling to a rounded teaspoon and fold the wrapper just like the Easy Origami Invite.
