Making these Jello® Rainbow Cups is a fun family activity and yields these beauitfully colored treats at the end!
Yields 5 servings
In a small saucepan, dissolve half (1.5 ounces) of the purple Jello® powder with 1/3 cup of water over medium heat. When powder is completely dissolved, remove from heat, and stir in 1/3 cup cold water. Divide evenly between five clear cups (if your cups have slanted sides like mine did, you may want to use slightly less for the first couple layers so that they all end up the same width). Refrigerate for at least thirty minutes, until solid.
Repeat with each subsequent flavor, letting chill at least 30 minutes between layers, until all colors have been added. Serve cold!
