This delicious green salsa is a great appetizer, snack, dip, topping, or side dish.
In a blender or food processor, puree 1 pound of tomatillos (with the husks removed), 1 to 2 small chilies, 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, 1 cup of cilantro leaves, and 1 peeled garlic clove.
Pour into a bowl and stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar and a dash of salt. Makes 2 cups.
