What you'll need
- 2 round cakes
- Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting
- Round Candy Melts, any color
- Fondant, color matching candy melts
- Coordinating ribbon
How to make it
Bake 2 round cakes. (I used a 3x6 and a 3x9 size) Since this was for a "Tiffany" themed party, I made marble swirl cakes with vanilla cake mix. Half white and half Tiffany blue. Frost cake.
Roll out a ribbon of fondant, colored to match the polka dots. Place fabric ribbon over the fondant and wrap around bottom of cake. Add candy melt polka dots
