Everyone knows how fun Jell-o® jigglers are. I love to think up shapes to make them for the kids, but this time I wanted to make them with a little twist. I wanted to make them creamier; I just love the taste of sweetened condensed milk, and adding it to Jell-o® is delicious. I love this combination!

So check out these spring creamy Jell-o® jigglers that either kids or adults will love!

What you'll need

  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (1/4 oz each)
  • Food coloring (several colors)
  • Cooking oil spray or regular oil
  • 1 1/2 cups of fat free milk
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • Plastic molds with different shapes
  • Paper candy cups
Notes:

To make more colors, just make another batch of the recipe after this one!

How to make it

  1. Jell-o® jigglers recipe step 1

Mix the 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin with 1 cup of cold milk until it's dissolved.

  2. Jell-o® Jigglers recipe step 2

Add the sweetened condensed milk and then 1/2 cup of hot milk.

  3. Jell-o® jigglers recipe step 3

Separate the mix into 2 containers so you can make 2 colors. Add the food colors, refer to the guide on the box to make the colors you want by mixing them.

  4. Jell-o® jigglers recipe step 4

Spray the molds with a light coat of oil so it will be easy to unmold afterwards. Use a spray or spread regular oil with a brush if it's more convenient.

  5. Jell-o® Jigglers recipe step 5

Pour the mix into the molds and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Don't let them sit more than that, otherwise they will start to dry out. If you have to let it sit inside the fridge, cover the molds with plastic wrap.

  6. Jell-o® Jigglers recipe step 6

Unmold the jigglers after 2 to 3 hours in the fridge. Let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Gently push the tops to the side and away from the borders of each shape to make sure they are separated from the mold. Now, turn them around and fold the whole mold back and forth like an ice cube tray and let the jigglers fall.

  7. Creamy Jell-o® Jigglers

Place them one by one in the paper cups and arrange them in colorful trays. To make trays to match your party check out this Party Tray tutorial!
