Strawberry Shortcake Sticks
What's your Take?
Prep Time 10 minutes

When summer rolls around, our favorite dessert is the classic strawberry shortcake! Nothing beats fresh sweet berries paired with moist cake and whipping cream on a hot day. On weekends, we're always having a party with not enough sitting room, which leads me to come up with party friendly finger foods that guests can walk around and eat. With its simple prep, easy-to-eat style, and the delicious combination of fresh fruit and cake, these strawberry shortcake sticks are the perfect summer party food!

What you'll need

  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 4 cups cubed angel food cake or shortcake
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 12 bamboo skewers
