What you'll need
- 10 baked cupcakes
- Any color icing
- 5 sour rings (or Life Savers®)
- (10) 1 1/2-inch pieces of shoestring licorice
- 4 pieces of orange fruit-flavored licorice
- 4 pieces of yellow fruit-flavored licorice
How to make it
Frost the cupcakes. Place a sour ring "O" on five of the cupcakes. Make an X with the shoestring licorice candy on the remaining five, as shown.
Place the yellow and orange fruit-flavored licorice in a tic-tac-toe grid and arrange the cupcakes.
