A great turkey dish to make for your family.
Pat the cutlets dry. Mix the Parmesan and bread crumbs on a plate, and press the mixture into both sides of the cutlets. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet on medium heat and add the turkey breasts. Brown on both sides, about 3 minutes to a side, and transfer to a warm platter. Deglaze the pan by adding the lemon juice and scraping the browned bits into the sauce with a wooden spoon or spatula. Off the heat, add the remaining tablespoon of butter, and stir. Pour the sauce over the turkey cutlets and serve immediately.
