Prep Time 5 minutes

Give dessert a Middle Eastern flavor with this fragrant pudding. It's the perfect finale to a meal organized around the Turkish principle of meze: that beloved "a little of this, a little of that" style of dining that is also referred to as grazing, tapas, or "too lazy to make a main course." Delicious and healthy dishes like shepherd's salad, borek (a feta pastry), mini burgers, and hummus make perfect everyday family food.

What you'll need

  • 22-ounce container of Kozy Shack Original Rice Pudding
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Helpful Tip:

You can find rose water at Middle Eastern markets or online at The Spice House.

How to make it

  1. Stir cardamom and rose water into the rice pudding. Spoon it into 4 bowls or glasses and top with finely chopped pistachios.
